For diamond sourcing, engagement rings and custom jewellery, we set up an initial appointment with a focus on education, answering any questions you may have and providing some options based on what you are looking for. The second appointment we view and select diamonds and from there we start work on your bespoke piece.

Our Lab Created Diamonds are selected from an international inventory based on what is important to you. All diamonds we source for custom pieces come with certification stating the carat weight, clarity, colour and cut.

We are passionate about minimising wastage within the jewellery industry. As such, all items on the website are made to order and production time is 4-5 weeks prior to shipping your order.

We utilise Australia Post for local orders. All shipping is tracked and requires a signature upon delivery.

Express Post 1-3 business days. Costs are calculated upon check out.

Rogala Diamonds have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or credit note for change of mind or incorrect purchase. If your item has been customised, returns and exchanges are not applicable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to change of mind, this includes custom products such as special orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Rogala Diamond pieces (with the exception of customised pieces) can be exchanged or returned for a credit note when it comes to change of mind. All product must be returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days to be eligible for an exchange or credit note. 

Refunds
Rogala Diamonds do not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection. We will repair any items with manufacturing faults 6 months from the purchase date. Proof of purchase must be provided.

We inspect all jewellery prior to sending out your order. In the rare instance of faulty items, a refund can be given upon inspection of the item (conducted by our jewellers), and the outgoing postage will be refunded.

Manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, broken chain or bending of rings or earrings.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please contact us at contact@rogaladiamonds.com.au
